i need the better dental plan coverage for braces?
Do any one know which dental company have the better coverage for braces? I want to do braces, but i cant afford treatment for 6400 or above.
I paid only $2200 for mine when I was originally quoted $4500 because of this great plan. I would encourage you to visit this great site: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago now and they have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. with all services are included in this very affordable plan. They even had my benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use it the very same day. good luck and hope this helps.
what is the best dental insurance plan for braces?
I need braces and my husband has to get his wisdom teeth pulled, so we want a family dental plan. I’m looking for one with good coverage so i don’t have to pay over $100 a month for braces. Any advice?
depends where you live! You can use the section125 plan for this…that’s where ur employer takes the money out of ur pretax income. Most Dental Plans will only cover up to 1500.00 on orthodonture…period. The wisdom teeth may be covered under medical if you get an oral surgeon to do it, which is recomended anyway…for many reasons.
Can I get a outside dental insurance plan?
My step Dad’s insurance company dropped me under his dental insurance plan. So far I still get medical and etc… Because of my age I’m about to be drop out his insurance plan all together. Is there any way I can get an affordable dental insurance plan?
You should definitely make sure you’re continually covered on health insurance, but dental insurance is somewhat less important, and less cost effective.
That is to say, health insurance is important, because it’s entirely possible to at any moment get into an accident or develop a serious illness, etc, and it’s important to be covered just in case, but any given year, most people do not require serious medical care, which is why your costs are relatively low compared to the amount of care that you could potentially get for that investment in insurance premiums.
In dental insurance however, there aren’t really pricey emergencies in the same way, and so you do just about as well paying for care when you receive it, as if you were paying an insurance company a monthly premium. That being said, I used ehealthinsurance.com to find a private dental insurance program that costs me about the same over six months as I would pay the dentist for the every six-month check-up, so I did sign up for it, just because that’s motivation for me to actually make the appointment.
