I need help picking a Blue Cross dental plan.?

I need to get a Blue Cross Dental Plan that covers braces, I would rather not do an HMO. When I go to their site to look at the different plans I don’t see anything on any of th plans that states it covers braces. Does anyone out there have a Blue Cross dental plan?
When I applied for health insurance through them I signed up for the basic one (I think it was called blue dental 100 or something close to that). They said that the first year the plan really only covered a cleaning twice a year, one set of X-rays, and that most other dental procedures wouldn’t be covered at all for 12 months. Good luck finding a plan, I know how confusing insurance talk is.
