where can i find a dental plan that covers wisdom tooth removal and braces?
thanks!
I would encourage you to visit this great website: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago when I was in college and they have saved me thousands of dollars on all of my dental needs. From extractions, xrays, fillings, root canals…etc. Even my braces. They even had my very affordable benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use them the very same day. Good luck and Hope this helps out…It did for my family.
what state? and/or country

Pretty much any dental plan will include partial coverage for those things … however, most will only cover 40% - 60% of those procedures.
EDIT: Uhhh, my dental has partial coverage for braces, so the people below are wrong and/or have crappy coverage.

No dental plan covers braces. They are considered a cosmetic procedure and not eligible for insurance. Any plan should cover wisdom teeth removal, but make sure you read the fine print about pre-existing conditions, wait times, etc. You may have to wait for a year after the insurance takes effect to get the teeth removed.

Most will cover at least part of wisdom tooth removal. Almost none, in fact probably none, will cover braces. The best way to do dental insurance is find a job that offers good insurance. Or get a job as an assistant to an orthodontist.
